I focus on solving user problems—not creating new ones—through thoughtful, accessible, and intuitive design.

Hey, I’m Zac. I studied visual design at Cedarville University, focusing on graphic and interactive design. But even then, something felt missing from my process.

After graduating, I worked across telecommunications, warehouses, and customer-facing roles at companies like Amazon and Kroger. There, I saw how poorly built systems and confusing interfaces added unnecessary frustration to people’s lives.

Those experiences stuck with me. They helped me realize how I could bridge the gap between visual design and empathy. I later earned a UX certificate from CareerFoundry, developing skills in UX research, end-to-end design, and hands-on problem solving.

Outside of design, I enjoy collecting irrelevant facts, endurance sports like running and cycling, the occasional bouldering session, and my daily AeroPress coffee ritual.
